Dear Ms. Kranz: This letter is to confinn that on August 10, 2000, the Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC) held a hearing regarding your request to allow the construction of a front porch on the house located at 2959 Mildred Avenue. The specifics of your request required the DRC to consider a six-foot encroachment into the required 30-foot front yard setback. The DRC recommended approval of your request to construct the porch on to the front of the home at 2959 Mildred A venue 24 feet from the front yard property line, subject to the following conditions: A. The front porch being limited to a maximum front yard setback of24 feet from property line. B. Prior fo building pennit issuance, property comer pins must be located or a survey provided validating the required setbacks from the east property line. I have reviewed the DRC recommendations and approve your setback pennit request with the stipulated conditions. However, you will not be able to obtain a building pennit until the completion of the mandatory 10-day appeal period, which concludes at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 21, 2000.
