The requested action is for a Setback Permit to allow a 24 foot front <br />yard setback. <br /> <br />- , <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
