(Ord. 881. 6-1-81) 1011.02: EXISTING STRUCTURES OR USES: Except where specifically limited ch;ewhere in this Code any nonconfonnin2 use may he continued but ma n nde ex anded intensified or chan ed unless to a conforming use. (Ord. 881, 6- -81) 1011.03: DAMAGED NONCONFORMING STRUCTURE: Any nonconforming structure damaged to an extent of not more than fifty percent (50%) of its reproduction cost by :fire, flood, explosion or other casualty may be reconstructed and used as before if such reconstruction is completed within six (6) months of the casualty. If the damage to the structure is greater than fifty percent (50%) of the replacement cost of the structure at the time OflOS5, as detennined by the City Council, the reconstruction shall be in accordance with this Code. (Ord. 881,6-1-81; amd. 1995 Code) 1011.04: DISCONTINUED NONCONFORMING USE: Whenever a nonconfonning use shall have been discontinued for a period of six (6) months, it shall not retum to the original or any other use which is nonconforming. (Ord. 881,6-1-81) 1011.05: l\fAINTENANCE OF NONCONFORMING STRUCTURES: Normal maintenance of a structure containing or which is a nonconfonning use is permitted, including necessary nonstructural repairs and incidental alterations which do not extend, expand or intensify the noncoi1fo~mg use.
