My wife and I are leaving Minnesota for the next week. In <br />August of2000t Kraus Anderson Realty Company did notify us of their intention to seek <br />a conditional use pennit for the proposed "Bingo" operation. We. then sent them a letter <br />arid copied the same to Mr. Thomas Paschke, City Pl!WIleT for the City ofRoseville.1n <br />that Jetter, a copy is enclosedt we did note our objections and how we could not be <br />present for the proposed meetings due to previously scheduled out of the State trips. <br /> <br />We just recently returned to read the staff report and recommendation to the Rosev.ille <br />Planning Commission. We are surprised to see that our objections and our strong position <br />related to the easement parking are not noted anywhere within that report. Funher, upon a <br />call to Mr. Paschke's offict?, we have leamed that he is gone until the afternoon of the <br />next hearing date, September 25,2000. <br /> <br />With that in mind, we are delivering a copy of our letter and the letters of our attorney <br />related to the issue of the abandonment of the joint parking easement <br /> <br />Specifically, we object to the proposed ''bingo'' conditional use for the fol1owing reascns: <br /> <br />1. Bingo Operations are not a consistent use fOI a shopping center operation. <br /> <br />2. Bingo Operations are not consistent with the use of our adjacent offic.e <br />tenant and office usage.
