The proposed bingo gambling <br />operation is not, in our opinion, consistent with use of a shopping center as our attorney. <br />Ms. Kareen R. Ecklund, detailed in her April 21, 2000 letter to Kraus-Anderson. <br /> <br />Clearly, it will be determined by you and the community of the acceptance of a <br />conditional use change or re-zoning for this particular bingo hall operation. However, we <br />wish to reiterate oW" position, that one year trom the day of occupancy of any portion of <br />the Hamline Shopping Center by the proposed bingo operation, that the parking easement <br />between us will be abandoned per the easement agreement. We will then enforce our <br />rights to oW' property to the fullest extent allowed by the legal process. <br /> <br />We will not attend the public meetings due to conflicts in our family schedule. We will <br />send a copy of this letter to an appropriate representative of the City of Roseville.
