<br />I <br /> <br />October 2, 2000 <br /> <br />Ms Susan Bruhn <br />1983 Cleveland Avenue North <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variance from required 30 foot rear yard setback <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Bruhn: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the Roseville City Council, at its meeting of <br />September 25,2000, approved your request for a variance from the required 30-foot rear <br />yard setback requirement to allow for the replacement of an existing three-season porch <br />on property located at 1983 Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />The Council approval action, by adoption of Resolution #9813 (a copy of which is <br />attached for your file), was as follows: <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve a resolution as amended granting <br />the variance to Susan Bruhn, 1983 Cleveland Avenue, for a 13-foot deviation <br />from the required rear yard setback requirement.
