The DRC recommended: " <br />approval of your request to construct the detached accessory building (garage), subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />· Verifying the side and rear property line. <br /> <br />. . <br />· ,'. Roof drainage being charmeled through roof gutters and directed north/northwest. . <br /> <br />· Driveway addition being allowed to taperfonTI existing location to the garage slab. <br /> <br />I have reviewed the DRC recoITmiertdation and approve your setback permit request to allow the <br />24 foot by 30 foot (750'sq. ft.) detached garage three feet from your side (south) and rear (east)' <br />property lines, subject to the stipulated conditions.
