<br />(t) <br /> <br />October 3, 2000 <br /> <br />Mr. David Mickelson <br />2985 Lexington Avenue <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Requestfor Variances to allow construction of detached accessory building <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Mickelson: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the Roseville City Council, at its meeting of <br />September 25,2000, approved your request for Variances (Non-conformities, storm <br />water management, structure design standards and dimension, appearances, height, <br />frontage, yard and lot area requirements) to enable construction of a 22' x 30' (660 sq.ft.) <br />detached accessory building. <br /> <br />The Council approval action, by-adoption of Resolution #9816, (a copy of which is <br />attached for your file), was as follows: <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, to approve the resolution granting the variance <br />to David Mickelson, 2985 Lexington Avenue, for a variance from Section <br />1016.22A1 (Non-Conformities), Section 1016.26B1 (Storm Water Management), <br />Section 1016.16A (Structure Design Standards), and Section 1004.02D5 <br />(Dwelling Dimensions and Appearances and Height, Frontage, Yard and Lot <br />Area Requirements in R-1 Districts), to construct a 22 foot by 30 foot (660 sq. ft.) <br />detached accessory building, subject to the conditions of verification of property <br />lines and provision of a survey prior to issuance of the permit which is specified <br />in the staff recommendation. <br /> <br />Please note the conditions of approval, on page three of the Resolution, which are: 1) <br />Verification of property lines or provision of a survey prior to issuance of a building <br />permit; 2) The accessory structure shall not exceed a size of22' x 30', or 660 sq. ft. <br />A fully signed copy of Resolution #9816 will be forwarded to you in the near future.
