McCarrons Blvd

9/1 0/00

Dear Council members:

I am writing to express my concern regarding subdividing the property at 425 N. McCarrons Blvd. Specifically, I am opposed to
selling it for the purpose of building a single family home on the property. The property, as it currently exists, is a beautiful
wooded area where many birds and other wildlife reside. The property is right next to Villa Park and a pond. The property also
has a great deal of standing water because of its low level in relation to the pond. First, I have concern the effect building a
structure on that property might have on the flow of that water and its effect on the property next to it, as well as my property.

Secondly, because the property is right next to the park and a pond, I do not think there should be a building erected that close to
the park and pond. It will have a negative affect on the wildlife and ecology as well as a negative effect on the aesthetic aspect of
the park.

Thirdly, the wooded area contributes to the overall beauty of this neighborhood--something that the entire neigborhood values.

I would ask that the Council not approve this request and keep the property as a single parcel of land which could be sold with the
existing residential structure by the owners when they choose to sell the property.

Thank you for your attention to my concerns.

Sincerely,

Christine Mueller
407 McCarrons Blvd. N.
Roseville, MN 55113

09/11/2000
