August 31. 2000 at 3:30 p.m.. in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Devidopment Conference Room. <br /> <br />Alvin Jensen, 690 County Road C, is fe,questing a Setback Pennit to allow the replacement of his' <br />driveway two feet into the required five footside yard setback. The requ,ested action is fora <br />three foot Setback Permit on the east side of Mr. Jensen's property. <br /> <br />The Setback Pennit process allows adj~cent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing. Should you have imy comments or questions about this particular Setback Pennit <br />application, please feel free to attend the meeting on August 31 ~ or cCill meat 651.490.2236. . <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, narrative, and site plan.
