The following information/materials must be submitted by the applicant (and determined complete by the Community Development Director) ten (10) days before the application may be considered by the Development Review Committee: a. Application and fee of $25. b. Listing of names and addresses for each contiguous property owner. c. Proposed plan (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and drainage plan and exterior building elevation drawings showing buildings. Such drawings shall be 81/2 xII. d. Narrative: Attach an explanation of why this permit is needed, the resulting impact on the neighborhood, and responses to items 9,10, and 11. e. Other documents as requested by the City Planner. Note: It is not necessary, but helpful, for the applicant to attend the Development Review Committee meeting to clarify issues. Note: The Development Director will make a decision and notify the applicant within seven (7) business days. 13.
