<br />WHEREAS, this site is considered a portion of the Twin Lakes Business Park wherein <br />the long-term future use of this site is designated as Hi-Tech-High Flex, one and two story <br />buildings for office, showroom and laboratory or light manufacturing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is considering a rezoning for this site from 1-2 to B-6 (mixed use <br />office park) wherein the aforementioned existing Northco Truck Terminal would be classified as <br />a pre-existing, non-conforming use which may continue in use but may not be expanded or <br />intensified. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves of the <br />request for reaffirmation of a Conditional Use Permit (as per Section 1007.03 C4 of the Zoning <br />Code) to allow the current usage to continue (but not expand, intensify or change to another 1-2 <br />use) under the current and future zoning district, whereby Northco (the truck terminal) would <br />become a pre-existing non-conforming use and the truck terminal could remain, as is, until the <br />owner chooses another permitted use. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Klausing, and upon vote being taken there, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Klausing, <br />Schroeder, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
