This approval allows a setback of 71/2 feet from the <br />south side yard requirement. <br /> <br />As indicated on the attached form, the approval was approved upon compliance with <br />the following comments and conditions: <br /> <br />1. ' The driveway must remain 5'-0" from the side lot line; <br />2. The garage is to be adjacent to the garage to the south -no fencing <br />necessary; <br />3.
