RECORDER <br />RAMSEY COONTY JIIN <br /> <br />Fee Alount: $19.50 <br /> <br />11111 "III ""111"" 1111111111111 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />\~ <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 23rd day of October 2000, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Kysylyczyn, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastell, and Wiski; <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9827 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE FROM SECTION 1004.02D5 OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />3062 WEST OW ASSO BOULEVARD (PF3264) <br /> <br />WHEREA1.o;vid Kenney, 3062 West Owasso Boulevard North, is requesting a <br />variance from Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City code to allow the replacement of an <br />existing detached garage with a larger (40 foot x 20 foot) detached garage including a study <br />expansion area, thereby requesting continued use ofthe 16.6 foot front yard setback requiring a <br />13.6 foot variance; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is located at 3062 West Owasso Boulevard North and is legally <br />described as: <br /> <br />Lot 17, Lake Owasso Park, City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, (PIN: #022923110019); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004,01A2 states that no accessory structures shall be located in the <br />required front yard except for through lots and lakeshore lots.
