RECORDER RAMSEY COONTY JIIN Fee Alount: $19.50 11111 "III ""111"" 1111111111111 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE \~ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 23rd day of October 2000, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Kysylyczyn, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastell, and Wiski; and the following were absent: None Council Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9827 RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE FROM SECTION 1004.02D5 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3062 WEST OW ASSO BOULEVARD (PF3264) WHEREA1.o;vid Kenney, 3062 West Owasso Boulevard North, is requesting a variance from Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City code to allow the replacement of an existing detached garage with a larger (40 foot x 20 foot) detached garage including a study expansion area, thereby requesting continued use ofthe 16.6 foot front yard setback requiring a 13.6 foot variance; and, WHEREAS, the property is located at 3062 West Owasso Boulevard North and is legally described as: Lot 17, Lake Owasso Park, City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, (PIN: #022923110019); and WHEREAS, Section 1004,01A2 states that no accessory structures shall be located in the required front yard except for through lots and lakeshore lots.
