The proposed detached garage replacement does not <br />involve any infractions, new or pre-existing, to the shoreland requirements of <br />Section 1016 of the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a 13.6 foot variance <br />from Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions and Appearances and Height, Frontage, Yard <br />and Lot Area Requirements in R-l Districts), to allow the replacement of an existing detached <br />garage with a larger 40 foot by 20 foot (800 square foot) detached garage including a study <br />expansion area 16.6 feet from the front property line, for property located at 3062 West Owasso <br />Boulevard (PID #142923110019) be approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wiski; <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~ <br />3 <br />
