The addition will create a 7 foot intrusion into the required 10 foot side <br />yard (east) setback. The requested action is for allowance of a three foot Setback Permit <br />on the east side (side yard) of Mr. Green'~ property. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners-the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
