The <br />request requires a two-foot encroachmen! into the required five~foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also slows for the opportUnity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
