<br /> <br />September 27, 2000 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner; <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Pemlit Hearing on Thursdav, October 5,2000, at 3:30 11.m., in the <br />Roseville City Hall Community Develo11ment Conference Room. <br /> <br />Richard Armstrong, 2671 Shelden Street, has petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow the <br />construction of a garage addition onto the northeast side of his existing attached garage. The <br />request requires a two-foot encroachment into the required five-foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process aUows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also slows for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
