The <br />specifics of your request required the DRC to consider a three-foot setback permit. <br /> <br />After review and consideration, the DRC recommended approval of your request to replace the <br />existing driveway three feet from your side yard property line, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. Verifying the location of your corner property corner pins or provision of a survey for the <br />purpose of validating the property line and the driveway setback. <br /> <br />B. Provision of a scaled drawing indicating the driveway, garage, home, and property line for <br />the purposed of obtaining a building permit. <br /> <br />I have reviewed the DRC recommendations and approve your setback permit request with the <br />stipulated conditions.
