<br />language in newspaper format and in column and sheet torm equivalent in printed spar.e to al least 900
<br />square inches, (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at teast once every ca�eek. (3) Said
<br />newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it
<br />purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made �o entirely of
<br />patents, plate matter and advertisement. (4) Sald newspaper is circulated in and near the municipalities
<br />which it purpores �o serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an
<br />average o( at least 75% ot its total circulation currently paid or no more than three rnonths in arrears ai:d
<br />has entry as second-class matter in its tocal post-ottice (5) Said neevspaper purports to serve the Cities
<br />ot Roseville, Little Canada, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Shoreview, Arden Hilts, Moundsview, New
<br />BrIghton, North Uaks and School Districts No. 621 and No. 823 in the County of Ramsey and it has its
<br />kno�vn oftice o[ issue in the City of Roseville in said county, established and op�n during its regular
<br />business hours tor lhe gathering of news, sale of advertisemenls and sale of subscriptions and
<br />maintained by the managing officer of said newspaper or persons in its employ and subject to his
<br />direction and control during all such regular business hours and dsvoted exclus3vely during such regular
<br />bus'.ness hours and at which said newspaper is printed. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issus
<br />immediately with lne Sta�e Hist�rical Society. (7) Said newspaper is made availabie at single „r
<br />subscriptlnn pric�s to any nerson, corporation, partnership or other unincorporated asscciatton
<br />requesting the ne�vspaper and msking the applicable payment. (e) Said new�oaper has complied with all
<br />foregoing condili� ns [or at least one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (9)
<br />Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to Jaruar,y 1, 1966 and each
