<br />., <br /> <br />Complete loans or energy audits for at least 6 properties <br /> <br />13.3 The following is a status of the program. <br />Letters were sent to 40 owners of approximately 54 properties to announce <br />the program. <br />The City contacted 20 owners as a follow-up to the letter <br />Three property owners, representing 117 total units in 9 buildings, were <br />interested in loans and made appointments to meet with the financing <br />agency. One owner, two 11 unit buildings, has made an application for <br />funding. Improvements to be made include new roofs and boilers. <br />A second letter was sent to the property owners introducing the free energy <br />audit program with NSP. <br />Three property owners, representing 281 units, expressed an interest in the <br />program. Two have completed the energy audit and one has been <br />scheduled. <br />Additional mailings were completed in 1999 in conjunction with the Center <br />for Energy and Environment. <br /> <br />14. Home Be Garden Fair. The Home and Garden Fair is a partnership between the City <br />of Roseville, Suburban Family Collaborative Roseville School District and Roseville <br />Businesses. The purpose is to provide present and future homeowners with a small <br />trade show where they can learn about the latest housing improvements and <br />construction techniques from industry experts such as architects, home remodel <br />contractors, landscapers and nurseries, material suppliers, bankers and housing <br />inspectors. In 1999 there were approximately 850 attendees and 45 exhibits. Current <br />planning is underway for 2000 to be held on February 5, 2000.
