<br /> <br />203.030 <br /> <br />PUBLIC NUISANCES <br /> <br />201.060. Keeping of Farm Animals. The keeping of cows. horses. <br />sheep and goats ana any four legged ammal commonly known as farm am- <br />mals. other than those commonly called poultry. in any pasture. stable. or <br />any enclosure within 300 feet or less of any other lot in any residence dis- <br />trict. <br />(Source: Ord. 207. as amended by Ord. 330 and 629) <br />202. Nuisances Affecting Morals and Decen<:~ <br />202.010. Declaration. The following <;Ire hereby declared to be public <br />nuisances affecting public morals and decency. <br />202.020.. Gamblin~ Devices, All gambling devices, slot machines and <br />punch boards. <br />202.030. Betting. Betting, bookmaking, and all apparatus used in <br />such occupations. <br />202.040. BawdL Houses. All houses kept for the purpose of prostitu- <br />tion or promiscuous sexual intercourse, gambling houses, houses of ill <br />fame. and bawdy houses. <br />202.050. Illegal Liguor. All places where intoxicating liquors are <br />manufactureo, so1if, bartered or given away in violation of laws, or <br />where persons are permitted to resort for the purpose of drinking in- <br />toxicating liquors as a beverage contrary to law, or where intoxicating <br />liquors are kept for sale, barter or distribution in violation of law, and <br />all liquors, bottles, kegs, pumps, bars and other property kept at and <br />used for maintaining such a place. <br /> <br />202.060. Vehicles for Immoral Purgoses. Any vehicle used for the <br />illegal transportation of intoxicating liquor or ,i'ny immoral purpose. <br />202.080. Obscene Movies. The showing or exhibiting of any motion <br />picture visible from any public thoroughfare or private property other <br />than the property upon which the motion picture is being shown, depicting <br />any of the following: <br />(1) Nude fersons; <br />(2) Sexua intercourse: <br />(3) Any other conduct which is so obscene as to be unfit to be seen <br />by children under the age of 16 years old when viewed in light of <br />contemporary community standards. <br />(Source: Ord. 207 as amended by Ord. 667). <br /> <br />202.070. Snow on Sidewa~ All snow and ice not removed from pub- <br />lic sidewalks 12 hours after the snow and ice has ceased to be deposited <br />thereon. <br />203.030. .kQw ,Wires....
