No licensee shall rent or furnish <br />any such motor scooter to any person not having a valid vehicle driv- <br />er's license. <br /> <br />118.060. Permanent Records. The licensee shall make a permanent <br />and legible record containing the name. address and age of the person <br />to whom the motor scooter is furnished. rented or let, and shall re- <br />cord thereon the number and date of issue and expiration of the driver's <br />license, together with the description of the person as shown by the <br />driver's license. <br /> <br />118.070. Traffic Investigation ReQuired. Upon the filing of such ap- <br />plication, the Police Department shall investigate the traffic conditions <br />in the immediate vicinity of the applicant's proposed motor scooter busi- <br />ness place, particularly during Saturdays and holidays. and report and <br />recommend thereon to the Council. <br /> <br />(Source: Ord. 432) <br /> <br />119. Mobile Vendors <br /> <br />119.010. License Required. No person. firm or corporation shall 0(:- <br />erate a mobile vendor, as herein defined, within the Village withoLt <br />first having obtained a license to do so. <br /> <br />119.020. Definition. For the purpose of this Chapter. a mobile <br />vendor shall mean any vehicle designed to facilitate the sale of anv <br />product on the public streets within the Village. <br /> <br />119.030. Insurance. Any applicant for a mobile vendor license shall <br />place on file with the Chief of Police. a certificate of insurance is- <br />sued by an insurance company authorized to do business in the State, <br />certifying that the operator has public liability insurance in the amount <br />of $100,000.00 for injuries to anyone person arising out of anyone ac- <br />cident, and $300,000.00 maximum coverage for bodily injury and ex- <br />posure, and $50,000.00 for property damage. <br /> <br />(Source: Ord. 485) <br /> <br />120. Barber and Beauty Shops <br /> <br />120.010. License. No person shall establish. operate or maintain a <br />barber or beauty shop without first obtaining a license therefor. <br /> <br />120.020.
