Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog: Nays: None. <br />Cushman did not vote because she was out of the room at <br />that time. <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Dove Develop- <br />ment's request for lot division at 899 W. County Road <br />B be continued to the June 26, 1989, City Council <br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, <br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />DOVE <br />DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Lorraine <br />st. Louis' request for lot division at 2185 st. Croix <br />street be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />LORRAINE <br />ST. LOUIS <br /> <br />1. That all required assessments be paid. <br /> <br />2. That a grading plan be submitted for staff <br />approval along with the building permit applica- <br />tion. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Paul Kysylyczyn's <br />request for lot division at 3083 Victoria street be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />PAUL <br />KYSYLYCZYN'S <br /> <br />1. That 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated along <br />Victoria street. <br /> <br />2. That all required assessments be paid. <br /> <br />3. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Gordon Howe's <br />request for preliminary plat at 2025 Roselawn Avenue <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />GORDON HOWE <br /> <br />1. That the curvature of the road be approved and <br />variances from subdivision standards granted to <br />permit the design as shown on plans dated <br />April 19, 1989. <br /> <br />
