Page 4 ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that the request from JIM ANDRE John Martin, attorney for Jim Andre, for the Council VACATION PAY to take formal action on claim for payment be continued to the June 12, 1989, City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog: Nays: None. Cushman did not vote because she was out of the room at that time. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Dove Develop- ment's request for lot division at 899 W. County Road B be continued to the June 26, 1989, City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. DOVE DEVELOPMENT Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Lorraine st. Louis' request for lot division at 2185 st. Croix street be approved with the following conditions: LORRAINE ST. LOUIS 1. That all required assessments be paid. 2. That a grading plan be submitted for staff approval along with the building permit applica- tion. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Paul Kysylyczyn's request for lot division at 3083 Victoria street be approved with the following conditions: PAUL KYSYLYCZYN'S 1. That 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated along Victoria street. 2. That all required assessments be paid. 3. That a grading plan be submitted for staff approval along with a building permit application. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Gordon Howe's request for preliminary plat at 2025 Roselawn Avenue be approved with the following conditions: GORDON HOWE 1. That the curvature of the road be approved and variances from subdivision standards granted to permit the design as shown on plans dated April 19, 1989.
