<br />1 <br /> <br />II. The impacts of this redevelopment project, if the variances were issued, will not create any <br />significant community impacts on the health, safety, or general welfare, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council, to approve of the variances to <br />Sections 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions and Appearances and Height, Frontage, Yard and Lot Area <br />Requirements in R-l Districts), 1016.16A (Structure Design Standards), and 1016.22Al (Non- <br />Confonnities) of the Roseville City Code, regarding the request by Peter Vesterholt, for property at <br />699 Heinel Circel, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The parcel shall be limited to a maximum impervious area of 4,784 square feet or 25% of <br />the parcel size and the garage addition shall be limited to 527 square feet as depicted on the <br />attached proposed floor plan. <br /> <br />2. The proposed principal garage addition shall be set back a minimum of five feet from the <br />northeast (side) property line and set back a minimum of seven and one half feet from the <br />southeast (front) property line. <br /> <br />3. All roof drainage created by the addition and existing attached garage must be collected in <br />gutters and channeled to the natural drainage way within the applicant's property <br />(northeast). <br /> <br />4. Because of the size of the variances being granted, no other accessory building or tool shed <br />shall be pennitted on the property, except that a water oriented accessory structure could be <br />allowed per Section 10 16.17C of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />5. The property owner shall provide the City with a landscape plan that addresses the interests <br />of the Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Kysylyczyn, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Goedeke, <br />Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />4 <br />
