Applicant's requesting a rezoning, conditional use permit, PUD, variance, division of lot, <br />or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting at least fifteen <br />(15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission Public Hearing, and to send notices <br />to all of the affected property owners. Affected owners are listed on the required <br />Abstractor's Certificate. The meeting is a time for the applicant to review and explain the <br />proposed development to the nearby property owners. <br /> <br />This policy applies only when residential property, R-I through R-8, is listed on the <br />Abstractor's Certificate. <br /> <br />Please indicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected property <br />owners: <br /> <br />20.
