<br />C. Parking lot lighting must be brought into conformance (foot-candles and <br />downcast lighting) with Section 1010.12 of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />D. Any signage for the bingo hall must meet the requirements of Section 1009.03 of <br />the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve of <br />the conditional use permit granting Capital City Investment LLP a conditional use permit to <br />operate a bingo hall at 2525 Snelling A venue, based on findings and conditions indicated above. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed motion, approval a resolution. <br /> <br />3 <br />
