<br />3404267 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, having concluded that the proposal met the necessary conditional use permit <br />criteria, the Planning Commission voted (5-0) to recommend approval of the request by Capital <br />City Investment LLP for a conditional use permit subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. Capital City Investment LLP successfully obtains and maintains a bingo hall <br />license to operate in the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />B. Replaced rooftop mechanical units must be screened per Section 1010.07 of the <br />Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />C. Parking lot lighting must be brought into conformance (foot-candles and <br />downcast lighting) with Section 1010.12 of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />D. Any signage for the bingo hall must meet the requirements of Section 1009.03 of <br />the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />E. The parking lot shall be striped to orient parked vehicles at an angle facing east an <br />access to the site shall be designed as a one way in and one way out only, both <br />consistent with the attached drawing. Specifically, the handicapped access and <br />parking shall be designated and provided on the east side of the structure, with the <br />exit drive circulating around the south and west side ofthe structure. The general <br />vehicle parking lot shall enter the site from Oakcrest Avenue at the western most <br />site access and shall be signed as "entry only". Exiting from the parking lot to <br />Oakcrest Avenue must be provided from the access adjacent to the northwest <br />corner of the structure and shall be signed as "exit right turn only". Concrete <br />curbing shall be installed at the entrance and exit to restrict traffic movement <br />consistent with the parking and access plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve <br />granting Capital City Investment LLP a conditional use permit to operate a bingo hall at 2525 <br />Snelling Avenue, based on the findings and subject to the terms and conditions indicated above. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~ <br />5 <br />
