Call to Order <br />1 <br />Vice Chair Michael Boguszewski called to order the regular meeting of the Planning Commission <br />2 <br />meeting at approximately 6:40 p.m. and reviewed the role and purpose of the Planning <br />3 <br />Commission. <br />4 <br />2. Public Hearings <br />30 <br />Vice Chair Boguszewski reviewed the protocol for Public Hearings and subsequent process. <br />31 <br />a. PLANNING FILE 14-016 <br />32 <br />Request by Landmark of Roseville, LLC in conjunction with Charles and Terrance <br />33 <br />Anderson, owners of the residential property at 301 – 303 S Owasso Blvd., for <br />34 <br />approval of a PRELIMINARY PLAT of the property into five lots <br />35 <br />Vice Chair Boguszewski opened the Public Hearing for Planning File 14-016 at 7:45 p.m. <br />36 <br />Senior Planner Bryan Lloyd reviewed staff’s analysis of the PRELIMINARY PLAT request <br />37 <br />of the applicant for approval as detailed in the staff report with staff recommending <br />38 <br />approval, as conditioned in the staff report dated July 9, 2014. <br />39 <br />Chair Boguszewski noted that the written public comment included in meeting packet <br />40 <br />materials provided reference by a former owner that the property could not be developed <br />41 <br />due to poor soil conditions and past filing of adjacent wetlands. While recognizing that <br />42 <br />this was not within the purview of the Planning Commission, Chair Boguszewski <br />43 <br /> <br />
