The following is a list of comments based on a review of the Draft ISP. <br /> <br />LISTING OF PERMIT INFORMATION (FIRST PAGE OF DRAFT ISP) <br /> <br />A typographical error was noted in the spelling of the City of Roseville. Instead of "Rosevile" it <br />should be spelled "Roseville". <br /> <br />FACT SHEET <br /> <br />As we discussed over the telephone, the Fact Sheet attached to the Centre Pointe ISP should be <br />modified to reflect the fact that First Security is the Owner Trustee under VS Trust 2000-1 for those <br />facilities, totaling 445,577 square feet, being proposed by Veritas. In addition, final square footages <br />have been verified after review by the City of Roseville and have been adjusted appropriately. As <br />you can see these adjustments are minor. The following breakdown of square footages and <br />associated ownership should be used to replace the original notations made in the draft Fact Sheet <br />as indicated below. <br /> <br />Centre Pointe 2001 Proposal <br /> <br />C.P.B.P.
