Box 510850' Salt Lake, Utah 84111 RE: Indirect Source Permit 97-4 (Permit) for Centre Pointe Business Park Request to Modify Permit Solely as to OW11ership/Control Dear Mr. Orton: Enclosed please find five (5) original copies of the above referenced document signed by Ryan Properties, Inc. This document has been prepared for the transfer of the above referenced Permit from Ryan Twin Lakes Limited Partnership to First Security Bank, applicant for the update to the existing Permit submitted to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) on February 1,2001. This document is being routed to you as First Permittee and to the City of Roseville, Minnesota as the Second Permittee for review and final signatures. Please review the document and, if there are no questions, sign each of the documents and forward them back to me. At that time I will forward the documents to the City of Roseville for its final signature. As I have indicated before, the final Indirect Source Permit for the proposed construction at the Veritas Office Campus can not be issued by the MPCA until an executed copy of this Request to Modify Permit has been submitted. If it is possible, please complete this within the next week. If it appears it will take more time, please call me to let me know when you anticipate you will be able to complete this. Upon receipt of the final executed document, I will forward originally signed copies to First Security, Ryan, the City of Roseville, Veritas and the MPCA. Additional copies ofthe document will be provided to others on the cc list below and any additional parties requested. If you have any comments or questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
