<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1249 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT #1177, <br />BEING THE CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT, FOR ADDITIONAL 122,000 SQUARE FEET TO THE <br />VERIT AS CAMPUS (PF3283) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City <br />Code of the City ofRoseville, Planned Unit Development 1177, for property generally <br />located at 2815 Cleveland A venue, known as the Veritas Campus within the Centre <br />Pointe Business Park, is herein amended to allow the following: <br /> <br />An additional 122,000 square feet to the total building area of the 47-acre Centre <br />Pointe Planned Unit Development, to allow Veritas to complete its campus with <br />two additional floors on each of two, two-story building. Each of these two <br />previously approved buildings would expandfrom two stories and 61,000 square <br />feet to four stories and 122,000 square feet. <br /> <br />A plan for an accompanying parking ramp and proof of parking statement for <br />future levels of parking and requirements for future signalization and added <br />sewer capacity is also hereby adopted. <br /> <br />The Veritas Campus is located on property legally described as: <br />Centre Pointe Business Park, Block I, Lots 5,6, and 7, City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
