The nearest residences are located at the intersection
of County Road D. Other potentially noise sensitive areas would include any
nearby schools, churches or parks, hotels, as well as outdoor restaurants. A hotel
(receptor #3 and a restaurant (receptor #4) have been included in the modeling as
well.

Only daytime impacts were predicted using STAMINA 2.0. Nighttime noise
standards only differ from daytime noise standards in residential areas. Residential
areas located in close proximity to the development are not expected to experience
significant increases in noise levels. In addition, peak nighttime traffic is assumed
to be 78 percent of the peak daytime volume, using MnDOT methods.

MnDOT methods also assume the following vehicle type percentages:
· Cars: 97.8 percent;
· Medium trucks: 1.4 percent;
· Heavy trucks: 0.8 percent.

Traffic volumes provided by Benshoof and Associates, Inc. were used for the
STAMINA 2.0 model runs.

The following tables summarize the STAMINA 2.0 model results for development
for the 2004 projections (daytime impacts) at the intersections of both Cleveland
and Co. Rd. C and Cleveland and Co. Rd.
