Variance Board Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, May 02, 2012 <br />Page 6 <br />Mr. Paschke indicated that since staff wouldn’t know findings for granting variance because of <br />241 <br />the differences between Staff and the Variance Board pertaining to interpretation of practical <br />242 <br />applications; but the Variance Board could craft findings for approval for Staff to revise <br />243 <br />resolution based on the meeting minutes. <br />244 <br />MOTION <br />245 <br />Member Boguszewski moved, seconded by Chair Gisselquist, to adopt Variance Board <br />246 <br />Resolution No. 91 entitled, “A Resolution APPROVING a Variance to Roseville City Code, <br />247 <br />Section 1004.02 (Accessory Buildings) at 3079 Sandy Hook Drive (PF12-004); amended to <br />248 <br />allow a thirty-seven (37) square foot deviation based on the findings of practical <br />249 <br />difficult in how the building configuration is addressed, specific to the size of the trailer <br />250 <br />intended for storage in the facility rather than outdoors; and how it will affect the <br />251 <br />dimension of the structure and require the minimal additional square footage above <br />252 <br />current City Code. <br />253 <br />Ayes: 3 <br />254 <br />Nays: 0 <br />255 <br />Motion carried. <br />256 <br />Chair Gisselquist reviewed the ten-day appeal period and process, as detailed in the staff <br />257 <br />report. <br />258 <br />6.
