Kadrie <br />2233 North Hamline <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />APT Minneapolis, Inc. <br />7900 Highway 7, Suite 125 <br />St. Louis Park, MN 55426 <br /> <br />Re: Application for Conditional Use Permit, 2233 Ramline Avenue North, Roseville <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its meeting of January 22, 2001, approved your application, by <br />adopting the enclosed Resolution, granting A TP Minneapolis a conditional use pennit to allow <br />the installation of three wireless communication antenna, together with an associated equipment <br />platfonn and cabinet area VoiceStream, at the Roseville Professional Building, 2233 Hamline <br />A venue North. There will be placement of one antenna on the north building fas:ade and two free <br />standing antenna on the building roof at the southeast and southwest comers. <br /> <br />The approval is based on findings, as outlined in the project report dated January 22, 2001, and <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. The maximum height of the antenna support units and antenna located in the southwest <br />and southeast building comers and north side of the building, upon full installation, shall <br />be eight feet above the roof height. <br /> <br />B. The maximum height of the equipment platfonn and cabinets, upon full installation, shall <br />be eight feet above the roof height. <br /> <br />C. The A TP request, on behalf of V oiceStream, shall be limited to three antenna support <br />units, each having a maximum of four antennas. <br /> <br />D. The equipment platfonn shall be limited to six equipment cabinets. Five will be 30 <br />inches wide by 40 inches deep by 5 feet tall and one cabinet will be 2 feet wide by 2 feet <br />deep by 5 feet tall. <br /> <br />E. The antenna support units and equipment cabinets shall be limited to the single user <br />(VoiceStream) and the applicant A TP Minneapolis. Future antenna additions will require <br />a revised CUP. <br /> <br />F. The antenna units and equipment cabinets shall not be lighted. Electric and phone wires <br />serving the equipment and antenna units shall be mounted to the building roof. <br /> <br />G. The antenna units, equipment platfonn, and supporting cabinets shall be completely <br />removed from the site by the applicant (A TP Minneapolis) after operations cease, or if <br />the equipment is damaged or unsafe as detennined by the Roseville Building Official, or <br />
