Variance Board Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, February 5, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br />Member Murphy concurred, opining that this was an appropriate use for a variance. <br />46 <br />Chair Boguszewski closed the Public Hearing at 5:41 p.m.; no one appeared for or <br />47 <br />against. <br />48 <br />MOTION <br />49 <br />Member Boguszewski moved, seconded by Member Cunningham to approve VB <br />50 <br />Resolution No. 101 entitled, “A Resolution Approving a VARIANCE to Roseville City <br />51 <br />Code, Chapter 1010.11.E.1 (Location) at 1480 County Road C (PF14-001);” allowing <br />52 <br />construction/installation of a freestanding sign no closer than one foot (1’) from the <br />53 <br />front property line; based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4-6 <br />54 <br />and the recommendation of Section 7 of the staff report dated February 5, 2014. <br />55 <br />Ayes: 3 <br />56 <br />Nays: 0 <br />57 <br />Motion carried. <br />58 <br />5.
