Variance Board Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, May 7, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />damage; and application of City Code along this retail stretch also impacted by the lower <br />1 <br />elevation and 100 year flood level requirements, and potentially requiring a similar variance. <br />2 <br />Mr. Lloyd reviewed City Code applications for low floor elevation requirements related to <br />3 <br />properties within a wetland, lake or storm pond area and the radius within which those <br />4 <br />regulations apply, being reduced as the properties become farther away from the water body <br />5 <br />itself. <br />6 <br />Chair Boguszewski recognized the applicant who was in attendance, but had no comment <br />7 <br />beyond the accurate reflection by staff of the request; and his affirmation of their willingness to <br />8 <br />sign a waiver as described. <br />9 <br />Chair Boguszewski closed Public Hearing at 6:49 p.m.; no one appeared for or against. <br />10 <br />MOTION <br />11 <br />Member Murphy moved, seconded by Member Boguszewski to adopt Variance Board <br />12 <br />Resolution No. 102 entitled, “A Resolution Approving a Variance to Section 1017.17A <br />13 <br />(Low Floor Elevation) of the Roseville City Code at 1255 Larpenteur Avenue (PF 14-010). <br />14 <br />Ayes: 2 <br />15 <br />Nays: 0 <br />16 <br />Motion carried. <br />17 <br />5.
