The first tract is the need to enlarge our parking area; the second <br />tract being the need to straighten out the encroachment of the building and <br />parking lot onto City property. <br /> <br />Enclosed you will find a legal description for parcel 1 shown on exhibit A that the <br />City will need to vacate by City Council resolution. This tract will then pass to the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) to be included into the <br />building site thus eliminating the encroachment. When this is complete, please <br />forward a copy of the resolution to me. <br /> <br />The parcel identified as parcel 2 has been removed from highway right of way <br />and has been incorporated into the Water's Edge building site as part of the <br />properties. <br /> <br />We are aware of the City's concern regarding the possible use of this property for <br />reconstruction of a future redesign of the T.H. 36 and Snelling interchange. <br />However, Mn/DOT has decided that this issue will have to be dealt with at the <br />time of any future programming of a project dealing with this interchange. We do <br />not have this issue currently identified in any future program. <br /> <br />" . <br />..
