1 The City Planner recommends approval of a 3’-4” to 3’-6” VARIANCE to Section <br />2 1004.016 of the Roseville City Code for Robert Monroe, 1857 Western Avenue, based on <br />3 the findings in Section 5 and the following conditions: <br />4 <br /> <br />a. <br />5 The variance shall expire within eight months after the approval date <br />6 (December 7, 2005) unless that applicant has been granted a building <br />7 permit.(This allows 2 more months than normal if needed for soils to dry <br />8 out prior to repaving.) <br />9 <br />Motion: Member Boerigter moved, seconds by Member Bakeman and Doherty to <br />10 <br />adopt a resolution approving a 3’-4” to 3’-6” driveway side yard setback <br />11 <br />VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 of the Roseville City Code <br />12 for Robert Monroe, 1857 <br />13 Western Avenue, based on the findings in Section 5 and the condition within Section 6 of <br /> <br />14 the project report dated December 7, 2005. <br /> <br />15 <br />16 <br />Chair Bakeman asked for details of the driveway drainage direction.
