The ordinance amendment takes effect after publication and will be recorded with the <br />PUD. <br /> <br />The Council also, by motion, officially extend the review period for this issue by 60 days <br />through May 14th. The Council heard from Taco Bellrepresentative Jim Erickson that he (on <br />behalf of Taco Bell) did not object to the time extension for the review of the hours of operation <br />beyond the additional 60 days that th~ Council can utilize, the City Council continued the <br />discussion and a decision on the expansion of the hours of operation to the May 14,2001 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />I have attached a copy of the project resolution of the City Council action on March 12.
