How many residents are opposed? <br />7 <br />8 Member Cunningham asked Mr. Anderson if additional traffic was being added to California <br />9 Avenue by Taco Bell (no). <br />10 <br />11 No further public comment was offered; Chair Rhody closed the public hearing. <br />12 <br />13 Motion #1: Member Rhody moved, second by Member Duncan, to recommend <br />14 approval of the request by Heritage Realty Management, Inc and Border Foods (PF2390) <br />15 to amend Planned Unit Development # 1199 allowing an additional 20 square foot sign on <br />16 the north facade at 1101 Larpenteur Avenue. <br />17 <br />18 Ayes: 5, Rhody, Olson, Duncan, Cunningham, Mulder <br />19 Nays: 0 <br />20 Motion carried. <br />21 This request will be forwarded to the Roseville City Council for action on March 12, <br />22 2001. <br />23 <br />24 Member Duncan said staff comment #4.3 regarding hours should be more specific to <br />25 measure impacts. <br />26 <br />27 Member Mulder noted that the Commission had previously recommended only the <br />28 Council review these performance issues. (Mr. Erickson said he had no objection). <br />29 <br />30 Member Cunningham noted that the Taco Bell drive-through vehicle impact on the <br />31 neighborhood by headlights was negligible. The hours should be left to the marked. <br />32 Member Cunningham was in favor of the motion. <br />33 <br />34 Member Olson was in favor with yearly review. <br />35 <br />36 Motion #2: Member Mulder moved, second by Member Rhody, to recommend <br />37 approval of the increased hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. weekdays and <br />38 weekends for the Taco Bell, 1101 Larpenteur Avenue, with an annual (two year) review <br />39 in December 200 I and 2002 by the City Council with appropriate action taken. <br />40 <br />41 Ayes: 5, Rhody, Olson, Duncan, Cunningham, Mulder <br />42 Nays: 0 <br />43 Motion carried. <br />44 <br />45 This request will be forwarded to the Roseville City Council for action on March 12, <br />46 2001. <br />47 <br />
