<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />MINOR AMENDMENT TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT/SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT #1199 <br /> <br />10.12 Signage. Signage shall be consistent with the sign elevations and criteria provided by <br />the DEVELOPER and attached as Exhibits E-H. The two existing overall center pylons <br />shall be replaced with new pylons of the same height and width, and in the same <br />general location, as the existing pylon signs. Both pylon signs shall have broken block <br />base planters with pin mounted painted metal letters identifying Roseville Center and a <br />painted metal cap. The signs shall be constructed of back-lit glazing panels with <br />translucent acrylic letters and an architectural treatment on the top of the signs, which <br />reflects the design on top of the center tower on the building. Building signage for the <br />Center shall be limited to 10% of the total wall area of the Center facing Larpenteur <br />Avenue and Lexington Avenue, with the distribution of signage area to tenants <br />determined by the DEVELOPER. The building signage for individual tenants shall be <br />upgraded as leases are renewed and/or renegotiated, in accordance with the sign <br />criteria provided by the DEVELOPER. In addition, the non-conforming roof sign for <br />Snyder Drug shall be removed in conjunction with the interior remodel for this tenant <br />and the DEVELOPER shall use all reasonable diligence to encourage the removal of <br />the non-conforming Big Wheel Rossi free-standing sign shall be removed when the <br />lease for this tenant is renewed and/or renegotiated. UP to a maximum sum total of 200 square feet. Building <br />signage for the future building on Lot 3 shall be limited to 10% of the south wall area, up <br />to 200 square feet, and shall not be placed on the north wall of the building. <br />
