Applicant's requesting a rezoning, conditional use permit, PUD, variance, division oflot, <br />or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting at least fifteen <br />(15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission Public Hearing, and to send notices. <br />to all of the affected property owners.
