<br />Hours of Operation <br />Taco Bell is a provider of quick service restaurant facilities. The Taco Bell business <br />proposition is built around providing service and convenience to the public when <br />demanded. Our particular Taco Bell food product is attractive to the public on a variety <br />of eating occasions, particularly late night impulse dining. Serving this market demand is <br />an important component of the Taco Bell business plan and service ethic. <br /> <br />Taco Bell specializes in meeting the late night consumer demand for convenient, value <br />priced food. This is particularly true on weekends. To accommodate this customer <br />demand, most Taco Bell locations stay open until 2 AM. Therefore, we are respectively <br />requesting a PUD amendment to permit hours of operation until 2 AM, seven days a <br />week. <br /> <br />As always, we will adjust hours of operation to the business demand as determined by the <br />customers. <br /> <br />Signage <br />The City of Roseville is nearing completion of the streets cape landscape plan at <br />Lexington & Larpenteur. Taco Bell is pleased to be a participant in the continued image <br />enhancement of that important trafficway through the city ofRoseville. <br /> <br />Both the landlord and tenant have received comments from the public traveling from the <br />North about the identity of our building. They comment that the building is attractive <br />but were not able to identifY its use.. We have received comments that the building looks <br />unfinished as well. Additionally, witli the planting materials being installed on the east <br />side of the Taco Bell, use recognition will be further impaired. We believe the best <br />solution to properly finishing the site and the intersection, would be the installation of a <br />standard Taco Bell building wall sign on the North elevation. We have enclosed before <br />and after pictures to show the enhancement of the look of the site and building that would <br />be accomplished by this PUD amendment. We respectively request your support of this <br />proposal as well. <br />
