Littlejohn <br />Moss & Barnett <br />4800 Wells Fargo Center <br />90 South Seventh Street <br />Minneapolis, MN 55402-4129 <br /> <br />RE: March 26, 2001 City Council Action RE: Conditional Use Permit and Variance Application for <br />a Wireless Communication Antenna. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Littlejohn: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm the action of the Roseville City Council, on March 26,2001, <br />relative to your applications for a Conditional Use Permit and Variance for a wireless communication <br />antenna at 2361 Highway 36 West, Roseville. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed your applications on March 14th, and forwarded their <br />recommendation for approval, to the City Council, for a 40 s.f. variance to construct a 240 square foot <br />equipment shelter to support a telecommunication device at this site, and further recommended approval <br />of a conditional use permit to install a 120 foot monopole and associated antennas at the site. <br /> <br />The Council's actions of March 26th relative to your request(s) were: <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Mastel seconded, adopting a resolution (#9875) approving the request by <br />Verizon Wireless for a 40 square foot variance from Section 1 012,12A1 0 (Support buildings of <br />the Rosevil/e City Code) to allow construction of a 240 square foot equipment shelter to support <br />a telecommunication device at 2361 Highway 36, subject to the findings in Section 5 of the <br />project report. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Mastel seconded, approving the request by Verizon Wireless for a conditional <br />use permit to install a 120 foot monopole and associated antennas at 2361 Highway 36, subject <br />to the conditions listed in Section 7 of the project report with the modification being made on <br />page 3, item #1, line 2, as referenced in Resolution #9877, <br /> <br />The City will file an executed copy of each Resolution with the County.
