WHEREAS, Section 1012.10A10 requires support buildings to house switching and other communication equipment to be a maximum of 200 square feet in size; and WHEREAS, Verizon Wireless has proposed a support building 240 square feet in size or 40 square feet greater than the City Code allowance; WHEREAS, Verizon Wireless has stated that the 240 square foot (12 foot by 20 foot) support building is necessary to house the radio, computers, and climate control system; provide access to all sides; and provide technician's safety. 1
