I have enclosed a coverage
analysis of this area, which depicts the service presently provided to this area by the adjacent cell
sites, as well as a second analysis showing the improved coverage with the cell site. In addition to
the improved coverage, Verizon Wireless will be able to meet the ever increasing demand for its
service in this p'art of Roseville.

Because there are no structures in this immediate area that are tall enough, we propose to erect a
120 foot monopole and place a small equipment shelter at its base. Roseville's code places a 200
square foot limitation on the footprint of such buildings, although a two-story building is allowed.
There is no need to build such a tall building, although our client's plan for expansion space does
require a 230 square feet, necessitating a small variance, as well.
