Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration on PF3293, the following property, generally located at 197 <br />County Road B-2, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from B-2, Retail Business <br />District, to R-3A, Multiple Family Residence District; Three to Twenty Four Units: <br /> <br />The property located at 197 County Road B-2, is legally described as: <br /> <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Transit ~d Addition, Roseville Minnesota (PID # 122923140076) <br /> <br />Section 2.
