Required Property Owne,r Notice: State Law requires published notice in a city's local paper a minimum of 10 days prior to a public hearing. State law also requires notice be mailed to property owners within 350 ofthe effected property. Both notices are prepared by the City of Rosevillej however, the applicant is responsible for providing the City with a certified list, including two sets of mailing address labels of adjacent property owners within 350 feet of the subject property. Applicants have three options available to obtain the certified/abstractor's list. The first option is to request the information from Ramsey County Property Records; the second option is to request the information from a Title Company; or the third option is to request the information fJ:om the City. Each option has a specific charge for the list and labels. If selecting the City, the applicant must mark the front ' of this application and pay the appropriate fee at the time of application submittal. 9. .Except as noted. the followine information must be submitted with this applications: A. Narrative: A written narrative must be provided identifying and eJ:.plaining the nature of the suggested mistake in cur...ent zoning, and/or fully describe the changed circumstances that now justify the requested rezoning. The applicant should also be aware that a rezoning must be consistent with the Comp;rehensive Plan. B. Proposed plans (10 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building materials is required. Such drawings shall be 8-1I2"xll" or 11 "x17"or PDF digital format. 10. Application Process: A completed application, applicable fee(s), and all accompanying documents are to be submitted for review by the Development Review Committee (DRC). 11. Tentative Action Process: All applications are reviewed by the Development Review Committee for completeness and an applicant is notified in writing by mail, e-mail, or fax: within 10 calendar days after an application is submitted. All accepted applications will be f01wardedto__ the Roseville Planning Corrunission for consideration.
