<br />5. Unenclosed Jlnarking space setback requirements shall be the same as those provided <br />~the R-6 Districts. (Ord. 500, 8-8-66; amd. 1990 Code; amd. 1995 Code) <br />(~ 10%)0: R-8 MOBILE HOME DISTRICTS: <br />--- <br />o A. Permitted Uses: The permitted use in a Mobile Home District is the operation of <br />mobile home parks. No new mobile home park may be established and no existing <br />mobile home park may be expanded or modified unless the land upon which such new or <br />existing park is located is zoned Mobile Home District (R-8). <br />B. Minimum Requirements: The following minimum requirements apply to all <br />mobile home parks and mobile homes in mobile home districts. <br />C. Mobile Home Lots: Each mobile home lot shall have: <br />1. At least five thousand (5,000) square feet ofland area for the exclusive use of the <br />residents of the mobile home located on the lot, with a minimum width of fifty feet (50') <br />and a minimum depth of one hundred feet (100'). <br />2. Frontage on approved roadway and the comer of each lot shall be marked and e~ch lot <br />shall be numbered. <br />D. Setbacks: All mobile homes shall comply with the following setback <br /> <br />J;. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />.' ~ r;.~ 2. There shall be an open space of at least twenty feet (20') between the sides of adjacent <br />vJ ~Jr ~ mobile homes. <br />~ \ 3. No mobile home, off-street parking space or other building in a mobile home park <br />; '\ shall be located within twenty five feet (25') of the exterior boundary of any mobile home <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />requirements: <br /> <br />I. No mobile home shall be parked closer than ten feet (10') to the side lot lines, nor <br />closer than twenty feet (20') to the fTont lot line, nor closer than ,fifteen feet (15') to the <br /> <br />rear lot line. <br /> <br />court and no mobile home shall be located within fifty feet (50') of a public street. <br /> <br />4. No mobile home, street or parking area in a mobile home park shall be located within <br />seventy five feet (75') of a permanent ponding area as defined by the Director of Public <br />Works. <br /> <br />E. Parking: The following are minimum parking requirements for mobile home <br />parks: <br />I.
